1. Returns for Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your hardware item arrives visibly damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
2. Returns for Faulty Items:
If the hardware item you receive is found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Reach out to us via email at email@example.com or 0330 229 3434. Our team will provide you with instructions on returning the faulty item. Once we receive and assess the item, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
3. Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a hardware purchase, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
4. Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive a hardware item that does not match your order, kindly notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com or 0330 229 3434. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a full refund.
5. Return Procedure:
To initiate any return, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0330 229 3434 Our team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and further instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and includes all original accessories and documentation.
6. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and assess its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
